Itinerary and trip highlights: Spent 2 days sight-seeing in Manila, went to Subic/Olongapo. Flew to Davao on the island of Mindanao, a beautiful place, then to Palawan. The absolute best was the island of Palawan. Beautiful beaches, an underground river 7 kilometers inside a cave. Great food, beautiful women.
Overall Experience Rating: Excellent!
I saw my notebook from ACA that I had just received the previous
week so I looked at it, make a call about going to Bangkok sometime,
then asked "any other flights sooner?" They said if
you can leave tomorrow you can go to Manila for free. I said yes.
Then from about 11 AM Monday to 5 PM, before I had to drive to
PDX (I live on the Oregon coast and own a winery and still like
to travel). Thanks ACA, great work.
